Charlie Barlow came through the Southend United Academy system and is a UEFA B qualified coach with over 12 years’ experience. He has coached internationally and is regarded as one of the leading coaches in Essex, recognised for his ability to develop talent and deliver top-quality training programmes.

Ronnie plays a key role in leading our JPL teams and overseeing JPL training sessions. His leadership and expertise ensure that players receive high-quality coaching and a professional development experience.
ROB TURBEFIELD

Rob has over 7 years of coaching experience and has played a pivotal role in developing female players who have progressed into elite PGA academies, including Chelsea and Tottenham. In addition to his coaching expertise, Rob heads up all operational aspects of the business, ensuring smooth delivery for our customers.
